If you are registered as clients you can purchase packs of credits through the button Buy credits. It redirects you to a page where you can choose how many credits and how you will pay for it (bank transfer or PayPal)
When the payment is confirmed the credits will be activated in your Photobeluga account and you can use them to start a Project and obtain usage rights for images or for other services in Photobeluga.
When you are logged in, you can see how many credits you have left in the upper left corner of the website near your username. After each purchase this number is reduced by the number of credits, which are announced as a price for the particular image or service. So you as a client are aware at each time what happens to your credits.
What are the payment methods?
The credits which you buy can be paid by a bank transfer or through PayPal payment. If you don't specifically check that you don't want an invoice it will be generated automatically when you confirm your purchase of credits with the button "Buy credits". Under the checkbox for the invoice there is a field with your company details, which are automatically filled from the field in you profile, which you have created with your registration. If there are changes in your company details you should update the corresponding fields so an invoice with the correct information will be generated.
Agreement to Terms of use
Why you cannot finalize the purchase of credits before you check that you have read and you agree with the Terms of usage? You as a Client have certain obligations related to the photographers copyright which you need to keep and which are detailed in the Clients Agreement. By checking the box you confirm your agreement with these and other general Terms of use of the site.This guarantees the rights of the photographers as well as your own rights, so please read carefully all the necessary details.
Photo Pro, being the operator of the website has the right to ask from each client physical signature on a paper copy of the Clients Agreement.
After you press the "Buy credits" button you will receive a confirmation for your request for credits with the bank details of Photo Pro and the amount you need to pay in EUR, VAT included. The next options are "Print an invoice" and link for checking the status of your request for credits (approved or not, depending on the status of the payment) After a confirmation of the payment (from the bank or PayPal the credits you have purchased will be activated in your profile and will be visualized as "Purchased Credits". In the section "My requests" there is a history of your credits purchases with information about the date,number of credits, price with VAT, payment method, status of the request and link for print of the invoice (whether the request was approved or not)
