Image Configurator explained

Image Configurator is a service offered by Photobeluga, which aims to facilitate both clients and photographers.

In other websites that offer huge collections of images, it is possible that the customer does not find exactly what she/he needs even when hours are spent searching for the right image. 
On the other hand photographers needs to wonder which images to upload, when, on which websites, taking in consideration clients demand and competing images, uploaded by hundreds and even thousands of other photographers.

This is why Photobeluga decided to focus on a service which solves all these problems. 

Through the "Image Configurator" service each registered customer in Photobeluga can set or "configure" the exact parameters of the image she/he needs, so that photographers can upload only images, consistent with these parameters.

In other words customers can configure and "design" the exact image they are looking for.

In the Image Configurator you can define/ configure:

• Topic or title of the Image
• The content and the desired layout of the Image (or as is called. "description of content" - main object, background, lighting, season, time of day, closeup or general, details, etc.)
• The technical details - (or so called. Technical description - size, megapixels, dpi, allowed for digital processing or not, etc.)
• The purpose, for which the Image is intended (brochure, magazine photo, traveler guide, internet, etc.)
• Deadline for the submisson of images from photographers
• Maximum price you are willing to pay for a single image
• Type of licensing - royalty free, exclusive, or both types
• Sample images can be uploaded also as a visual aid for photographers

Each time you configure a new image, the system launches a new Project and notifies the photographers that new configured image is wanted.
